Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 4 c. flour (self-rising)

Directions

    Melt margarine and cool.

    Add all other ingredients and stir until blended.

    Dough will be soft and sticky.

    Place in airtight covered container and store in refrigerator several hours before using.
  5. 5
    To serve, spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
