Easy Egg Custard Pie

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine sweetened condensed milk and boiling water.

    Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. 4
    Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

    (I use nutmeg only.)

    Bake 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° and bake an additional 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
