- 2- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.

2In another bowl add the beaten egg, milk, and butter and mix.

3Make a well in the flour/salt and pour in the egg mix.

4Knead dough until smooth, about 5 minutes.

5Let rest in a covered bowl for about 10 minutes.

6On a floured surface, roll out to 1/8 or 1/4 inch thickness.

7Cut into desired lengths and shapes.

8Cook fresh pasta in a large pot with boiling salted water.

9Cook until al dente.
