  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread, warmed
  • 4 thin slices leg ham
  • dill to garnish

Directions

    Bring a saucepan of water and the vinegar to simmer.

    Crack each egg into a cup.

    Stir around edges of pan with a spoon in one direction to create a whirlpool.

    Carefully slip egg into the middle of the pan and gently simmer for 3-4 minutes or until yolk is softly boiled.

    Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm and repeat with remaining eggs.

    Spread toasted muffins with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese spread and top with leg ham and egg.

    Drizzle with warmed cream cheese spread.

    Serve.
