- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
- 15 corn tortillas, quartered
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in skillet.

2Add soups and enchilada sauce.

3In a greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch), layer meat, tortillas and cheese.

4Repeat layers until all is used.
