  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 15 corn tortillas, quartered

Directions

    Brown meat and onion in skillet.

    Add soups and enchilada sauce.

    In a greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch), layer meat, tortillas and cheese.

    Repeat layers until all is used.
