- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can taco sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Saute onion in the margarine.

3Add sauces and soups to the onion and meat mixture.

4Layer the meat mixture and tortillas in a large 9 x 13-inch casserole and top with grated cheese.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.

6You may tear the tortillas into fourths and add them to the mixture instead of layering.
