- 19 ounces red enchilada sauce
- 1 12 cups cooked shredded beef (optional) or 1 12 cups chicken (optional)
- 8 -16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 flour tortillas or 6 corn tortillas
Directions

1Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.

2Add enough enchilada sauce to coat bottom.

3Wet tortillas with a little water.

4Add meat and/or cheese.

5Microwave 20 secs.

6for flour tortillas, 30 secs.

7for corn tortillas.

8Roll and place seam side down in 9 x 13 baking dish.

9Add the rest of the enchilada sauce.

10Sprinkle cheese on top.

11Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minute.
