- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta Italiana pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- 8 to 9 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
Directions

1Cook and stir garlic in oil in skillet on low heat until golden brown.

2Stir in process cheese spread, milk and Parmesan cheese until melted.

3Add fettucine and mix lightly.

4Serve immediately.
