Easy Fruit Cobbler

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 bag frozen fruit
- 1 c. self-rising flour or plain flour with 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Melt butter in 2-quart glass baking dish in microwave.

2Stir together flour and 1 cup sugar.

3Add milk and mix well.

4Pour mixture into baking dish.

5Stir gently to mix with the butter. Add fruit that has been tossed with remaining sugar.

6Don't stir. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

7Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
