  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Gelatin, any red flavor
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 can (15.25 oz.) DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad, drained

Directions

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Stir in cold water.

    Pour evenly into 4 tall dessert or parfait glasses, filling each glass about half full.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    Top with layers of the whipped topping and fruit just before serving.
