- 3 cups icing sugar
- 12 cup cocoa
- 14 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup hard butter or 1 cup margarine, cut into small chunks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pecan halves (optional)
Directions

1Measure icing sugar and cocoa into ungreased two-quart casserole dish.

3Add evaporated milk and margarine.

5Cook, uncovered on high in microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes until butter is melted.

6Add vanilla.

7Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

8Turn into foil-lined 8x8-inch pan.

9Place in freezer 40 minutes, then refrigerate.

10Cut into 64 squares.

11Top each square with pecan half, if desired.
