Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (12 oz.) for chocolate fudge or 1 pkg. peanut butter pieces for peanut butter fudge
  • 1 1/2 c. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces (for chocolate fudge)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Combine sugar, milk and butter in large saucepan; heat to boiling.

    Stir constantly about 5 minutes over medium heat; remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients; stir vigorously until well blended.

    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Cool; cut into squares.

    Makes about 3 pounds.
