Easy Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomato (very ripe)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/8 Onion
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 roughly 5 cm Celery (optional)
  • 1 from 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1 from 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 roughly 5 cm Baguette (optional)
  • 1 Salt

Directions

    Remove the skin from the tomatoes by blanching it, and cut all of the vegetables into chunks.

    Add all the ingredients except for the water and salt to the blender and mix.

    Add water if needed and season it with salt.

    Once the soup is chilled, it's done.

    Add toppings according to your preference.
