- 2 Tomato (very ripe)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/8 Onion
- 1/4 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 roughly 5 cm Celery (optional)
- 1 from 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
- 1 from 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml Water
- 1 roughly 5 cm Baguette (optional)
- 1 Salt
Directions

1Remove the skin from the tomatoes by blanching it, and cut all of the vegetables into chunks.

2Add all the ingredients except for the water and salt to the blender and mix.

3Add water if needed and season it with salt.

4Once the soup is chilled, it's done.
