  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
  • 2 x 425g canned Italian tomatoes
  • 500ml tomato juice
  • 1 green capsicum, diced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

    Soak bread in dressing for 5 minutes.

    Puree tomatoes, tomato juice, bread, green capsicum, onion, cucumber and brown sugar until smooth.

    Season to taste.

    Refrigerate, covered until cold.

    Serve with a swirl of sour cream.
