Easy Glazed Chicken Dinner

  • 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups quinoa, rinsed
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty CATALINA Dressing
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted

    Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan.

    Stir in quinoa; cover.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.

    Add broccoli; stir.

    Simmer, covered, 3 min.

    Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

    or until broth is completely absorbed.

    Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min.
