- 1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups quinoa, rinsed
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty CATALINA Dressing
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
Directions

1Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan.

2Stir in quinoa; cover.

3Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.

4Add broccoli; stir.

5Simmer, covered, 3 min.

6Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.

7or until broth is completely absorbed.

8Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min.

9on each side or until done (165F).

10Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

11Add dressing, juice and syrup to skillet; stir.

12Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 3 min.
