- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 12 cup shredded coconut (preferable unsweetened)
- 14 cup unsalted pepitas or 14 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 12 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup dried fruit (such as cherries, cranberries, raisins, or currants)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, coconut, and pepitas with the maple syrup, salt, and oil.

2Bake, tossing once, until golden and crisp, 25-30 minutes.
