  • 4 cups old fashioned oats (not quick cooking)
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 12 cup shredded coconut (preferable unsweetened)
  • 14 cup unsalted pepitas or 14 cup shelled sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 12 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup dried fruit (such as cherries, cranberries, raisins, or currants)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the oats, almonds, coconut, and pepitas with the maple syrup, salt, and oil.

    Bake, tossing once, until golden and crisp, 25-30 minutes.
