Easy Ground Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed McCormick(R)
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger McCormick(R), Ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon mccormick red pepper, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into large skillet. Cook and stir on medium-high heat until meat is browned.

    Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently.

    Serve over lettuce leaves with sliced green onions, rice and kimchi, if desired.
