  • 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked and deboned chicken or 2 cans deboned chicken
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen gumbo vegetables
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes

Directions

    Saute sausage until lightly browned.

    Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
