  • 1 can (15 Oz) Chickpeas, Drained, Liquid Reserved
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions

    In a food processor or blender combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt.

    Blend on low, slowly adding the reserved chickpea liquid until desired consistency.

    Enjoy with veggies, pitas, crackers etc.
