- 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions

1In a food processor or blender combine chickpeas, garlic, cumin, salt.

2Blend on low, slowly adding the reserved chickpea liquid until desired consistency.
