  • 3 to 6 lb. beef rump or sirloin
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry)
  • 1 jar gardinara

Directions

    Remove any fat from roast.

    Pour the water in crock-pot; add dry Italian dressing and stir.

    Cook on low for 24 hours.

    Take the roast out and shred the meat.

    Add the gardinara if desired.
