- 1 large box lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (27.5 oz.) jar thick spaghetti sauce (Ragu or Prego chunky with garlic and tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese (2 large bags, grated)
- 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese (1 bag, grated)
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown meat and drain grease.

2Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer on very low temperature approximately 30 minutes.

3Cook noodles as directed on box until soft, but not fully done.

4Spray dish with Pam before placing first layer of noodles.

5Layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese and repeat second layer the same.

6Spoon cottage cheese by teaspoons and drop around on top of sauce.

7Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly throughout.
