Easy Lasagna

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles (you may not need all)
  • 1 (23 oz.) jar Ragu (garden style)
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 6 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg and butter or margarine.

    Layer in 8-inch cake pan:

    noodles, tomato sauce, cheese mixture and half cheese.

    Repeat except for cheese.

    (You may have to adjust, depending on noodles.) Pour 1/2 cup water over it.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours. Remove foil.

    Top with remaining cheese.

    Bake until melted.
