Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. ground beef or venison
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 egg
- 15 oz. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 12 oz. grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Add water, salt and sauce to meat; bring to a boil.

4In separate bowl, beat egg with fork and add cheeses.

5Mix well.

6In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer hot sauce, uncooked noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles and end with sauce covering the top.

7Cover pan tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.

8Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.

9Remove pan from oven and let stand for 10 minutes on shelf prior to serving.
