  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

    Preheat oven as directed on cake mix package.

    Prepare cake batter and bake in 2 (8- or 9-inch) round cake layers as directed on package.

    Cool completely.

    Pour milk into medium bowl.

    Add dry pudding mixes.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until well blended.

    Spread evenly onto cake layers; stack on serving plate.

    Frost top and side of cake with whipped topping.
