  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 (12 oz.) jars chicken gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 3 c. cooked, cut-up vegetables (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells, baked

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown chicken in vegetable oil.

    Pour off fat.

    Add gravy, lemon juice, thyme and vegetables to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.

    Spoon into pastry shells.
