- 2 jars fat-free spaghetti sauce
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 lb. fat-free Mozzarella (I use more cheese)
- 1 large container fat-free cottage cheese
Directions

1Brown meat; pour in colander and rinse under hot water to remove any fat.

2Mix spaghetti sauce with meat.

3Spray casserole dish with nonfat spray.

4Layer noodles, cheese, meat and sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, meat and sauce, noodles, rest of meat and sauce and cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
