- 1 Tablespoon Light Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar, Divided
- 1/4 cups Plain Walnuts
- 1 pinch Salt
Directions

1Melt the butter and all but 1/2 a teaspoon of the sugar together in a skillet over low heat heating for a couple of minutes until the sugar has dissolved.

2Add the nuts and stir, on low heat, until fully coated and the liquid in the pan has evaporated.

3Turn off the heat, sprinkle with the salt and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and allow to cool completely.
