- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
- 6 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- additional cinnamon sticks
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Add milk and vanilla.

2Cook until thoroughly heated.

3Serve each cup with a cinnamon stick.
