- 1 nonfat tortilla or 1 pita pocket per pizza
- low-fat pizza sauce
- vegetables of choice (I use onions, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
- low-fat or nonfat Mozzarella
Directions

1Place tortilla on cookie sheet.

2If using pita pocket, simply place whole on cookie sheet.

3Preheat oven to 375°.

4Use desired amount of sauce per pizza.

5Layer your favorite veggies (chopped or sliced).

6Follow with low-fat or nonfat cheese.

7Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
