  • 1 c. Hellmann's or Best Foods real, light or cholesterol free reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Directions

    In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and black pepper.

    Add macaroni, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat well.

    Cover; chill.
