Ingredients

• 1 lb. sausage
• 1 lb. hamburger meat
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
• 1 c. cracker crumbs
• 1/4 c. tomato juice
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 1 medium potato, cooked and mashed
• 3 eggs
• dash of garlic
• 1/2 green pepper, diced
