- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Spanish onion, minced
- 1/4 cup celery, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato bouillon (I recommend Knorr)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1In a small sauce pan, bring the water to a boil.

2Meanwhile,in a medium nonstick saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium low heat.

3Add the garlic, onion, and celery and cook for 1 minute.

4Add the rice and cook, stirring frequently until the rice turns light brown.

5Add the bouillon and cumin to the water, stir.

6Add the water to the rice and stir.

7Bring the heat to low and cover.

8Cook the rice for 20 minutes.
