- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 c. water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 8 chicken breasts, skinned
Directions

1Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex.

2Add and mix rest of ingredients, except chicken.

3Lay chicken breasts in rice and liquid mixture; cover with foil.
