Easy Peach Pie

- 2 (8 1/4 oz.) cans sliced peaches
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. peach or apricot Jell-O
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cartons fat-free peach yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 prepared pie crust (graham cracker)
Directions

1Drain both cans of peaches, reserving 2/3 cup syrup.

2Dice contents of one can; reserve 1 can for garnish on top of pie. Heat reserved syrup to boiling.

3Remove from heat and add Jell-O and sugar.

4Stir until dissolved.

5Place yogurt in bowl and slowly add hot Jell-O mixture while stirring yogurt.

6Chill until almost set.

7Fold in whipped topping and diced peaches.

8Spoon into crust.

9Chill until set.
