Easy Pina Colada Punch

  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez(R))
  • 8 fluid ounces light rum
  • 8 fluid ounces dark rum
  • 1/2 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

    Lay pineapple slices on a baking sheet and place a maraschino cherry in the center of each one. Add a small amount of water to the center of each pineapple; cover and freeze, 8 hours to overnight.

    Pour pineapple juice, orange juice, cream of coconut, light rum, dark rum, and frozen lemonade concentrate into a clean, 1-gallon container with a lid. Shake punch to combine and pour into a punch bowl. Add the frozen pineapple-cherry garnishes.
