  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 fresh plums, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. icing sugar

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

    Combine flour and baking powder.

    Mix cream cheese and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in separate bowl until blended.

    Beat butter, oil and remaining granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Blend in vanilla.

    Gradually beat in flour mixture until mixture forms soft dough.

    Press half the dough onto bottom of prepared pan; spread with cream cheese mixture.

    Top with plum slices.

    Crumble remaining dough over plums.
