  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring

    Cream sugar and margarine together. Add eggs, one at a time, and add half of flour.

    Beat.

    Add remaining flour.

    Add vanilla and lemon flavoring.

    Bake in a tube pan that has been greased and floured at 310° to 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
