  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs

    Blend all ingredients in large bowl with mixer at low speed.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
