Ingredients

  • 6 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. honey
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put oats in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove. Stir in nuts, coconut, wheat germ and powdered milk.

    In separate bowl, combine honey, oil and vanilla. Stir everything together.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.

    Stir everything 3 to 5 minutes. Cook until golden.
