  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (28 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 yellow cake mix (18 1/2 oz.)
  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Blend first 8 ingredients; pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with cake mix; scatter nuts on top.
