- 150 g ham, cubed
- 150 g cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 350 ml milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Heat oven.

2Line pastry in a pie pan.

3Spread the ham, cheddar and tomatoes on the pastry.

4Mix milk, eggs and seasoning together and pour mixture on the filling.

5Cook for 40 mins until the milk mixture is firm.
