- 3 cups rhubarb, cut fine
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (3 ounce) box strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
Directions

1Cook rhubarb and water till boiling.

2Add sugar.

3Let mixture come to a rolling boil.

4Boil 2 minutes, stirring often.

5Add Jello and stir well.

6Remove from heat.

7When mixture is almost cool (fruit won't come to the top), put in small freezer containers or small margarine containers.

8Freeze some and keep rest in refrigerator.
