- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
Directions

1Mix ricotta cheese, sugar, half-and-half, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until well blended.

2Add eggs; mix until blended.

3Pour into crust.

4Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.

5Cool.

6Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
