Easy Roast Beef

Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. roast beef or chuck
- 1 bottle your favorite salad dressing or marinade (Zesty-style is best)
- cracked peppercorns
Directions

1Place the roast in a white plastic bag and pour in the marinade.

2Marinate for night or for 1 day in the refrigerator. Wipe off the marinade and crack the peppercorns.

3Sprinkle the cracked pepper over the roast and smooth with the back of a spoon. Preheat oven to 400° and place the roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

4Continue roasting at 325° until internal temperature is 170°.
