- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 egg
- 3 c. plain flour
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and set aside.

2In a bowl, put the oleo and sugar and pour the boiling water over until the oleo melts.

3Cool. Add the egg and beat well with whisk.

4Add to yeast mixture.

5Add the flour and pinch of salt.

6Make out in pan or muffin tins and let rise.

7Bake at 375° until golden brown. May refrigerate dough (covered) for a few days.
