- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted or 1 c. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour (self-rising)
Directions

1Place yeast in 2 cups warm water. Melt butter. Cream with sugar in large bowl. Add beaten egg. Add flour. Add yeast and mix well, then refrigerate.

2To bake, drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin pans, then bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Dough keeps for several days.
