- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (white or yellow)
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 5 to 6 c. flour
Directions

1Place water in bowl; add salt.

2Mix yeast into dry cake mix and add to water mixture.

3Add flour and mix; knead until smooth. Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour.

4Shape into rolls and let stand until double in size.

5Bake in preheated 450° oven about 20 to 25 minutes.

6Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
