Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6 c. flour (all-purpose)
Directions

1Mix warm water, yeast and sugar together in large bowl.

2Let stand for 5 minutes.

3Add oil, egg and salt.

4Stir well.

5Slowly add flour, mixing well.

6Dough will be sticky.

7Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to roll out (at least 3 hours).

8It will keep about 3 days if refrigerated.

9Roll out on well floured board.

10Work in flour to keep from being too sticky to handle.

11Cut with biscuit cutter; dip cutter in flour. Place rolls on greased cookie sheet and let rise in warm place, about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

12Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes or until brown.

13Makes about 2 1/2 dozen medium sized rolls.
