Easy Rolls Refrigerator Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 Packages yeast
- 2 c. very hot water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat
Directions

1In mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in very hot water.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except the flour.

3Fold in flour by hand till the dough is easy to handle.

4Place in greased bowl, turning once to grease the top.

5Cover with a cloth, place in refrigerator.

6The dough will keep for 5 days.

7About 2 hrs before baking, shape dough in desired shapes.

8Cover and let rise till doubled in size.

9Put in warm oven, 12 to 15 min, 400 degrees.
