  • 1 pkg. Jell-O
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • lettuce
  • cottage cheese

Directions

    Start by opening can of pineapple slices; drain all juice off. Put Jell-O in a 1 cup measure and add boiling water to make a cup. Stir until dissolved.

    Pour in the can with pineapple slices. Place in refrigerator until set.

    Next day cut the bottom from can. Push it through.

    Slice with the slices.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce with a scoop of cottage cheese.
